Mo's daughters publishes books with female protagonists that won't let you tell them that they can't do something just because they're girls: they discover the world, are inventors, are brave, and travel beyond the moon.

I wrote about Mo's daughters before, because I edited (eight Dutch and ten English) books they published and because I support their mission. In 2021, they released a series of books in cooperation with Action with a price that made them accessible for everyone, and this festive period four of their titles are available at Kruidvat. Saint Nicholas can get everyone a book!👟🥕📘

Having worked in publishing for years, it has become quite common to come across books I worked on 'in the wild'. Still fun, but not out of the ordinary. In the Netherlands, that is. Yesterday I was at the National Theatre to see a play, and on the gift shop shelves – among double decker souvenirs – stood Why Should I Go To London!!! The first time I came across my work in London. Maybe it is time to go on a treasure hunt in the city; see if there are more to be found 🗺️📘🇬🇧

The updated 'Time to Momo Milaan' is out! This is one of mine too. Not the first time I edited a guide about this city, by the way. I edited predecessor '100% Milaan' back in 2009 and 2014, and In 2021, I did the walk 'Fashion, design & architectuur in Milaan'. All are – as always – available as digital tours in the Time to Momo app.
